It has been a year since we moved into our newly renovated house here in Bradenton, FL. We moved in, but we had to “live” on the guest side of the house until the Master Bathroom was finished.
We accomplished many small upgrades ourselves during the year. A new pool pump motor was installed. A water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water tap was installed. The hot water heater was replaced. Gutters were installed on the house where they were needed, and the Air Conditioning system, along with all of the duct work, was replaced.
